      <image:title>Bleatboxer - Bock - Bleatboxer - Bock</image:title>
<image:caption>Bleatboxer is a smooth, strong dark lager that emphasizes the malty-rich and somewhat toasty qualities of fine European malts without a sweet finish. With little-to-no hop flavor or aroma, this bock is all about the malt ... and goats. You see, bock beer was first brewed in the German town of Einbeck and eventually found its way to Munich. Due to their thick Bavarian accents, Munich citizens pronounced Einbeck as “ein BOCK” or “billy goat.” With that in mind, we arrived at Bleatboxer for this warming German bock. <image:title>Vossisdoss - Kveik India Pale Ale - Vossisdoss - Kveik IPA</image:title>
<image:caption>Vossisdoss is an exceptionally juicy IPA that gets an extra dose of citrusy esters from a warm fermentation with Norwegian Kveik yeast. Relatively new to the American craft beer scene, Kveik yeast is particularly well-suited to producing juicy, fruity American IPAs. At higher temperatures (between 85ºF and 95ºF), the Voss strain of Kveik yeast imparts many desirable orange-peel-like fruity esters. Coupled with juicy, Minnesota-grown Julius hops from Mighty Axe Hops, along with complimentary citrus flavors from a healthy dose of Amarillo hops from the Yakima Valley, Vossisdoss is chock full of juicy hop goodness with a smooth mouthfeel and a medium-dry finish that leaves a moderate lingering hop bitterness on the palate. Specs: 6.6% ABV | 52 IBU Malt: Pilsner, Vienna, Wheat, Oats, Carapils Bittering Hops: None Flavor/Aroma/Whirlpool Hops: Julius, Amarillo Yeast: Voss Kveik DOWNLOAD HOMEBREW RECIPE</image:caption>

      <image:title>Pee-Wee Stout - Pee-Wee - Stout</image:title>
<image:caption>Pee-Wee is a smallish stout with bold flavors. Our vision for this beer was to marry an intense flavor profile reminiscent of an imperial stout with effortless drinkability. We used a number of specialty malts to impart notes of roasty malt, chocolate, and dried dark fruit. Although intensely flavored, this beer does not have the same mouth-filling, heavy qualities as its stronger, imperial-strength counterpart. Instead, the mouthfeel is decidedly less full, resulting in a drier finish with a lingering note of bittersweet chocolate. We also dry hopped this beer with an awesome new hop product called Provoak, which is made up of a proprietary blend of pelletized, low-alpha hops that incorporate granulated toasted American oak to impart a subtle barrel-aged character to the flavor profile. Specs: 4.5% ABV | 40 IBU Malt: Maris Otter, UK Light Crystal, UK Crystal 120, UK Brown, Flaked Barley, UK Chocolate, Midnight Wheat, Roasted Barley Bittering Hops: Northern Brewer Flavor Hops: Northern Brewer Aroma/Whirlpool Hops: Centennial Dry Hops: Provoak Yeast: English Ale DOWNLOAD HOMEBREW RECIPE</image:caption>

      <image:title>Sno-Cal - West Coast-Style IPA - Sno-Cal - West Coast-Style IPA</image:title>
<image:caption>This is SNO-CAL: a “throwback” West Coast-style IPA. Back when IPA was clear and innocent, it was free to express its more aggressive hop bitterness and rustic, earthy citrus hop flavors and aromas without fear of ridicule. Nowadays, the IPA landscape has morphed into a pulpy haze. But we think that the American IPAs of yesteryear deserve another look. With Sno-Cal, we reached way back into the recipe box labeled “relics from the 2000s” to come up with a wonderful representation of a classic West Coast-style IPA in all its hazeless glory. Sno-Cal features that old familiar American IPA profile exhibiting wonderful flavors and aromas of earthy citrus with a subtle note of pine resin and a lingering hop bitterness balanced by a slightly sweet maltiness. Specs: 7.2% ABV | 90 IBU Malt: Pilsner, Vienna, Caramel 40, Carapils Bittering Hops: Columbus Flavor Hops: Centennial, Cascade Aroma/Whirlpool Hops: Centennial, Simcoe Dry Hops: Centennial, Simcoe Yeast: Haus Ale DOWNLOAD HOMEBREW RECIPE</image:caption>
